SuiteDash integrations that keep data in one place

We connect SuiteDash to your website, payments, accounting and other tools, so data is entered once.

This is for you if your team copies data between tools

  • Website inquiries arrive by email and someone retypes them into SuiteDash.
  • Invoices live in SuiteDash but your accountant needs them somewhere else.
  • You use GoHighLevel for marketing and SuiteDash for delivery, and they don’t talk.

SuiteDash integrations, explained

Which connection fits your tools?

Read the supported capabilities, limits and proposed testing approach for each connection. We check the native option first.

SuiteDash QuickBooks Online integration

SuiteDash Zapier integration

SuiteDash Make integration

SuiteDash Pabbly Connect integration

SuiteDash WordPress integration

Does SuiteDash integrate directly, or do I need Zapier?

Both, depending on the tool. SuiteDash has built-in integrations for some services, and connects to many others through automation platforms like Zapier, Make and Pabbly, or through its API and webhooks.

We check the built-in options first, because they are simpler to maintain. We add an automation platform only when a connection needs it.

How do I send website form submissions into SuiteDash?

Embed a SuiteDash Kickoff Form on your website, or assess a supported automation connection for your existing form. Embedding is simplest. Keeping an existing form preserves its design. Data enters SuiteDash through forms, supported connectors or API operations.

Can SuiteDash connect to QuickBooks or Xero?

SuiteDash has a native, one-way connection to QuickBooks Online. Invoices originate in SuiteDash; QuickBooks records do not sync back. Xero is not listed as a native integration and needs a separately assessed automation connection. Test sample billing records before launch.

Can SuiteDash and GoHighLevel work together?

Yes. A common pattern is marketing and sales in GoHighLevel, then client delivery in SuiteDash. When a deal is won, the client is created in SuiteDash with onboarding ready to go. We set up both platforms, so the handoff is designed from both sides.

How do I know an integration is working?

Test it with a record that goes all the way through: a test inquiry, a test invoice, a test client. Then check both systems. We also set up a simple alert for failed runs, so a broken connection gets noticed in a day, not in a month.

Questions about SuiteDash integrations

Can SuiteDash connect to my website?

Yes. Embed a public SuiteDash Kickoff Form, or assess a supported automation connection for an existing form. We map CRM fields and confirm any onboarding features your plan needs.

Does SuiteDash work with Zapier?

Yes. Zapier is one of the ways we connect SuiteDash with other tools, along with Make, Pabbly, n8n, APIs and webhooks. We check SuiteDash’s built-in options first, because a direct connection is simpler to maintain than an extra platform.

Can SuiteDash sync with QuickBooks or Xero?

The native QuickBooks Online connection is one-way from SuiteDash. QuickBooks records do not sync back. Xero needs a separately assessed automation connection. We agree record ownership and test sample invoices before launch.

Can you connect SuiteDash and GoHighLevel?

Yes. We often set up GoHighLevel for marketing and sales and SuiteDash for client delivery, with won deals passed across automatically. Because we build on both platforms, we design the handoff so nothing is lost between the sale and onboarding.

What happens if an integration breaks?

We set up alerts for failed runs where the platform allows it, so problems surface quickly. If you are on a support plan, we fix it as part of the plan. Otherwise we fix it as a small project and explain what caused it.
