Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Exprova Strategic Solutions (“Exprova”, “we”) collects through exprova.tech, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: info@exprova.tech.
What we collect
- What you send us in forms: your name, work email, company, what you need help with, your message, the page you sent it from, and your answers to our tools (the SuiteDash Fit Quiz, setup estimator and symptom checker) when you choose to send them.
- Booking and project forms: our booking calendar and project intake form are SuiteDash forms. What you enter there goes straight to our SuiteDash account.
- Spam protection: when you request the setup checklist, we keep a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address and email address for 24 hours, so the form can’t be used to flood someone’s inbox. It can’t be turned back into the original details.
- Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
- Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your own browser. It never reaches us.
- No analytics or advertising trackers. We don’t use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or similar tracking on this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, book a consultation and send you what you asked for, such as the setup checklist by email.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam.
We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
Who processes it for us
- Hostinger hosts this website and our email. Form submissions are emailed to us, and the setup checklist is emailed to you, through Hostinger.
- SuiteDash, our CRM and client portal, runs the booking calendar and project intake form, and holds the details of people we work with.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for up to two years after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for the length of our work and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards. The scrambled spam-protection records are deleted after 24 hours.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it, by emailing info@exprova.tech.
