Your SuiteDash WordPress connection, explained

How does WordPress connect to the SuiteDash portal?

The free Client Portal : SuiteDash Direct Login plugin provides website login for clients and staff.

Users enter SuiteDash login details on the WordPress site and reach their portal without visiting SuiteDash’s login page.

The plugin settings are under Settings > Platform Login. The shortcode [wp_suitedash_login /] adds a Login button.

What should you check before using the login plugin?

WordPress.org says the plugin has not been tested with the latest three major WordPress releases.

That is a compatibility limit to review, not proof that it fails. We test it against your site in staging.

Its documented purpose is portal login. Inquiry capture is configured separately through forms or an automation connection.

Should we embed a SuiteDash form or keep your current form?

Embedding a SuiteDash Kickoff Form is the simplest route. SuiteDash provides an HTML embed code and a public direct link.

Keeping an existing WordPress form preserves its design. We assess a supported automation connector to send its data to SuiteDash.

We agree CRM roles, required fields and invitation timing before launch. Form capture and portal login are separate journeys.

How do we check the website connection?

We test the chosen login route in staging, including the intended portal destination for a sample user.

We submit an agreed form sample on mobile and desktop, then inspect the resulting SuiteDash CRM fields.

For an external form workflow, we also test repeated submissions and failure handling before enabling live intake.

Example we would build: website inquiry and portal access

We would embed a SuiteDash Kickoff Form on your inquiry page and verify the new CRM record.

Existing clients would use a tested portal login route from the website. We would check both journeys separately.

This is a proposed setup, not a tested connection. Plugin use depends on the staging compatibility review.

Questions about SuiteDash and WordPress

Does the login plugin also connect my website forms?

Its documented function is portal login. Form capture is separate: embed a SuiteDash Kickoff Form or assess a supported connection for your existing form.

Is the SuiteDash WordPress login plugin free?

SuiteDash documents a free plugin. WordPress.org also displays a compatibility notice, so we assess and test it against your site before use.

Can I keep my existing WordPress inquiry form?

We can assess a supported automation connector and field mapping for that form. Its appearance can stay, while the data handoff is configured and tested separately.
