Your SuiteDash Stripe connection, explained
What does the SuiteDash Stripe integration do?
Stripe is a native SuiteDash gateway for one-time invoice payments and recurring subscription payments.
SuiteDash lists cards, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Affirm and Afterpay/Clearpay through Stripe.
We check which methods are available for your account and billing use case. The list does not promise every method for subscriptions.
Which payment limits matter before setup?
SuiteDash lists Stripe ACH with Plaid for US-based Stripe businesses only. It supports invoice and subscription bank-account payments.
Stripe, Braintree and Authorize.net support SuiteDash subscriptions. The standalone PayPal gateway supports standard invoices only.
At least one preferred gateway is required. SuiteDash selects the first gateway you configure as preferred automatically.
How do we connect and test Stripe?
We review invoice currency, payment methods and subscription start dates. Gateway configuration is under Office > Gateways.
SuiteDash documents connecting Stripe with its publishable and secret keys. You enter credentials in the account, not an inquiry form.
We agree a payment test with you and check the invoice status, stored payment method and subscription behavior.
We also check the failed-payment path. Test transactions and live billing are agreed before enabling client charges.
Example we would build: alert the team to unpaid subscriptions
We would connect the SuiteDash Subscription Unpaid webhook to a team notification through an agreed automation platform.
The alert would include only the fields needed to identify the subscription. We would test delivery and repeated events.
This is a proposed workflow, not a tested connection. We confirm webhook access and the receiving tool before building.
