SuiteDash for medical and radiology practices

Referral intake, secure file exchange, report delivery and billing in one branded portal, on a HIPAA-capable platform.

An unoccupied medical practice reception with frosted glass and a tidy desk

Sound familiar?

  • Referrals arrive by email, fax and phone, and someone retypes each one.
  • Scans and reports travel through file-sharing links and email attachments.
  • Referring clinics ask where their report is, and your team has to go and check.

Five workflows we would build for your practice

  1. Referral intake

A referral form that creates the case, requests the scan upload and assigns the reading.

  2. Secure file exchange

Scans and documents uploaded to the portal instead of emailed or shared by link.

  3. Report delivery

Reports shared in each referring clinic’s portal, with an automatic notification.

  4. Clinic onboarding

Agreements and practice details collected once, in an On-Boarding FLOW.

  5. Billing

Invoices and monthly statements to referring practices, paid in the portal.

Is SuiteDash HIPAA compliant?

What SuiteDash states publicly, checked 30 September 2026.

  • SuiteDash states that it “maintains ongoing compliance with the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and is able to process, maintain and store protected health information.”
  • SuiteDash says it completes annual risk assessments and employee training as HIPAA requires, and is hosted on Amazon Web Services.
  • SuiteDash offers a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) when it processes protected health information for a covered entity or business associate.
  • Uploaded files are encrypted at rest with AES 256 using per-file keys, and connections use TLS 1.2.

A HIPAA-capable platform does not make a practice compliant on its own. Request and sign SuiteDash’s BAA before storing any protected health information, and set up users, permissions and forms with your own compliance obligations in mind. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice.

Radiology and diagnostics practices we have worked with

Jonna and her team helped me develop my company's logo and brand identity, design and build my business website, and create a customized SuiteDash portal tailored to the unique needs of my radiology practice. The quality of her work exceeded my expectations at every stage of the process!

Dr. Ellen GouldGould Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology

I truly cannot speak highly enough of her work. She is incredibly detail-oriented and takes the time to fully understand not just the 'what' of a customization request, but the 'why'. She kept me updated at every step and made the entire process smooth.

Dr. Ladan DalyDaly Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Inc.

I had an excellent experience working with Jonna and her team. She led the development of my website and handled multiple complex integrations, including SuiteDash, with a high level of expertise… The end result was a clean, well-structured website that works exactly as intended.

Dr. Karan DhariaMaxillofacialradpath LLC

Jonna was very helpful and prompt with all the requests. Highly recommend her. Would definitely use her services again. Very professional.

Medical & radiology practices: common questions

How do I get a BAA from SuiteDash?

SuiteDash says it has a Business Associate Agreement for customers who store protected health information, but its public pages don’t describe the request process. Contact SuiteDash directly to request and sign the BAA for your account before any PHI goes in, and keep a copy with your compliance records.

How can a radiology practice manage referrals in SuiteDash?

Give each referring clinic its own portal login. A referral form creates the case and asks for the scan upload; when the report is ready, it is shared in that clinic’s portal and they are notified automatically. Everything about the referral stays in one place instead of scattered across email and file links.

Will Exprova see patient information?

We design the system so we can build and test it with dummy records. If we would need to access real patient data during setup or support, we would sign a BAA with your practice before any access. Until then, we work only with dummy records.

Is SuiteDash HIPAA compliant?

SuiteDash states that it maintains ongoing HIPAA compliance and can process, maintain and store protected health information, with annual risk assessments, employee training, AES 256 encryption for files at rest and hosting on AWS. Your practice still needs to sign SuiteDash’s BAA and use the system in a compliant way.

Does SuiteDash sign a BAA?

Yes. SuiteDash says it has a Business Associate Agreement for when it processes protected health information on behalf of a covered entity or business associate. Its public pages don’t describe how to request one, so contact SuiteDash directly and sign it before storing any PHI.

Can referring clinics upload scans in SuiteDash?

Yes. Each referring clinic can have its own portal login with file requests for scans and documents, so files are uploaded to the portal instead of sent by email or file-sharing links. Reports can then be shared back in the same place.

Have you built SuiteDash for radiology practices before?

Yes. Several of our clients are oral and maxillofacial radiology and diagnostics practices, including custom SuiteDash portals, CRM builds and automated pipelines. You can read what they say about the work on this page and in our case studies.
