Sound familiar?

  • Intake forms arrive on paper or by email and get retyped.
  • Package sessions are tracked in a notebook.
  • Clients ask for the same home exercises or resources again and again.

Five workflows we would build for your practice

Intake forms completed before the first visit, stored on the client record.

  2. Booking and reminders

Appointment booking with reminders to reduce no-shows.

  3. Packages

Session packages sold, billed and tracked, so clients see what they have left.

  4. Resources

  5. Follow-up

Check-in messages and rebooking prompts after each session.

Wellness practices: common questions

How do I move intake forms online?

Build the intake as a form clients complete before their first visit, and make it part of an On-Boarding FLOW so it is done before they book. Answers land on the client record, and nothing needs retyping.

Can I store health information in SuiteDash?

SuiteDash states that it maintains ongoing HIPAA compliance and offers a Business Associate Agreement for customers who store protected health information. If HIPAA applies to your practice, request and sign that BAA before storing health information. Rules also vary by country and profession, so we review your obligations with you before deciding what the portal should store. See our page on SuiteDash for medical practices for details.

Can clients book appointments in SuiteDash?

Yes. SuiteDash has appointment scheduling with reminders. We connect it to your calendar and to each client record, so bookings, packages and notes all sit together, and clients can rebook from the portal after each session.

Can SuiteDash track session packages?

Yes. We set up packages so clients buy them once, and you and the client can both see how many sessions are left. Billing can be upfront, in instalments or as a monthly membership.

Is SuiteDash suitable for health information?

SuiteDash states that it maintains ongoing HIPAA compliance and offers a Business Associate Agreement for customers storing protected health information. If HIPAA applies to you, sign that BAA first. Rules vary by country and profession, so we review your requirements before recommending what to store.

Can I share exercise plans and resources?

Yes. Plans, guides and recordings can be shared in each client’s portal, or as a resource library for all clients. Clients find them in one place instead of asking you to resend them.
