SuiteDash Make integration for CRM workflows

We map SuiteDash company and contact data into Make scenarios, then test the branches and API usage.

When your Make connection needs a clear plan

  • Contact data needs cleaning before it reaches SuiteDash.
  • Different inquiry types need different workflow paths.
  • Your team needs a maintainable scenario with clear failure handling.

What we configure for Make

Company and contact modules
Create, retrieve, update or list supported CRM records.
Audience assignments
Use the listed Subscribe Contacts to Marketing Audiences module where it fits the workflow.
API assessment
Check documented API operations when a listed module does not cover the required data.
Scenario testing
Check branches, missing records, retries and the expected request volume.

Map the connection, then test real behavior

  1. Review the native option

Check supported events, account access and the tools you already use.

  2. Agree the data flow

Choose the source of truth, field mappings and handling for repeated records.

  3. Build and test

Check sample records from start to finish, including the failure path.

  4. Hand over the workflow

Explain the setup and agree how connection failures and future changes are handled.

Quoted by the tools and workflow involved

We review how many tools connect, what data moves and the steps required. We agree the project scope and price before building.

Your SuiteDash Make connection, explained

What does Make list for SuiteDash?

Make lists a verified SuiteDash app that it supports and maintains.

Modules create, get and update companies and contacts, list companies and contacts, and subscribe contacts to marketing audiences.

Make an API Call is also listed. It still requires a supported SuiteDash API operation and correct credentials.

What should we check before designing a scenario?

The current listing shows actions and searches, without instant triggers. We check how each proposed scenario will start.

A custom API call does not establish that invoices, files or other objects have every operation your workflow needs.

Make labels its SuiteDash documentation as AI-generated and potentially mistaken. We check important details against SuiteDash sources.

How do we set up and test Make?

Make documents connecting with the Public ID and Secret Key from SuiteDash Integrations > Secure API.

We agree field mappings and branches, then check a sample record in both tools.

We test missing records, repeated submissions and failed requests. We estimate request volume before enabling the scenario.

Example we would build: clean inquiry data before the CRM

We would receive an external inquiry in Make and normalize its name and email fields.

Using List Contacts, we would check for a match before creating or updating a SuiteDash contact.

We would test matching rules and duplicates, and account for lookup requests. This is a proposed workflow, not a tested build.

Plan API usage before the workflow grows

SuiteDash Secure API credentials are a Public ID and Secret Key. Keep them in the connection settings, not public website code.

Monthly Secure API allowances are 80 calls for a trial, 400 for Start, 2,000 for Thrive and 20,000 for Pinnacle.

Estimate API requests from lookups, updates and retries. These are API allowances, not the number of contacts you can store.

SuiteDash recommends Treat as successful for missing API records when using Pabbly, Zapier or Make. Test the no-match branch explicitly.

SuiteDash webhooks send events out

SuiteDash documents outbound webhooks for subscriptions and projects, plus a Webhook Notification automation.

Subscription events include Created, Canceled, Expired and Unpaid. Project events include Created, Updated and Deleted.

Select the fields to send and preview the subscription or project payload. Automation webhooks send HTTPS POST requests.

Outbound automation destinations support custom request headers. A webhook receiver in another tool does not make SuiteDash an inbound receiver.

We confirm webhook availability in your account before quoting. Receiving data in SuiteDash requires a supported connector, API operation or form.

Questions about SuiteDash and Make

Does Make have a SuiteDash app?

Yes. Make lists a verified app that it supports and maintains, with company and contact modules and an API-call option.

Can a SuiteDash event start a Make scenario?

We can assess an outbound SuiteDash webhook connected to a receiver in Make. Account availability, the payload and delivery must be tested before treating that workflow as working.

Can Make import any SuiteDash object?

We do not promise that. We check the listed modules and documented API operation for the particular object and workflow.
