Claeritas helps businesses with CITES wildlife trade permits. They arrived with a 49-page automation specification covering three future service packages. What they needed first was simpler: take website enquiries, sell a €99 expert review, get paid and collect case files.
We built the first step, not all 49 pages
Together we fixed a written Phase 1 scope: pre-sale only. At the client’s request we left out client portals and dashboards for now. Prospects move through secure links and email, which keeps the journey short for a fixed-price service.
