A portal on your own domain, with your logo, colors and emails, feels like part of your service. One on an unfamiliar address makes clients hesitate. Here is how to white-label SuiteDash properly.
Choose your subdomain
Pick a subdomain of your main website, such as portal.yourbrand.com or clients.yourbrand.com. Each SuiteDash account has one custom URL, so choose one you will keep.
Add the CNAME record
At your domain registrar or DNS provider, add a CNAME record that points your chosen subdomain to the SuiteDash hostname shown in your account settings. SuiteDash publishes instructions for common registrars. DNS changes can take a little while to take effect.
Log in from your custom URL
Once the domain is live, log in from your custom address, not the default SuiteDash one. That way the links you copy and the emails the system sends show your domain.
Brand everything clients see
- Upload your logo and set your brand colors.
- Brand the login page with your logo and wording.
- Rename menu items to the words your clients use.
- Brand system emails so invitations and invoices come from you.
White labeling and a custom branded mobile app are included on every SuiteDash plan.
Test as a client
Create a test client and log in as them. Check every screen they will see and every email they will receive: invitation, password reset, invoice and messages. Fix anything that still shows default wording before inviting real clients.

Questions
Can I have more than one custom domain in SuiteDash?
No. Each SuiteDash account has one custom URL. Pick a subdomain you are happy to keep, such as portal.yourbrand.com, because changing it later means updating every link you have shared with clients.
